KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — As anticipation builds for MIFF 2026, organisers have officially released the standard admission rules and visitor guidelines to ensure a seamless, professional, and productive exhibition experience. Trade & Professional Access Only

MIFF 2026 is strictly open to trade, professional and business visitors. The exhibition is designed as a B2B sourcing and networking platform, bringing together manufacturers, exporters, buyers, retailers, designers, architects, and industry stakeholders from across the world.

This trade-focused policy ensures serious business engagement, quality networking, and meaningful deal-making opportunities throughout the exhibition period.

Official Opening Hours

Visitors are advised to plan their schedules according to the official show timings:

  • 4 – 6 March 2026: 9:30am – 6:00pm
  • 7 March 2026: 9:30am – 5:00pm

Punctual arrival is encouraged to maximise business meetings, product sourcing, and networking sessions.

Admission Fees & Registration Deadlines

  • Free Admission for invited guests and visitors who pre-register before 13 February 2026.
  • RM30 per person entrance fee for the entire exhibition duration.
  • The general public will only be admitted on 7 March 2026 with an entrance fee of RM30 per person.
  • Free admission for students, subject to registration via the official student registration link provided by organisers.

Early pre-registration is highly recommended to avoid on-site queues and secure complimentary access where applicable.

Age Restriction Policy

In line with its professional positioning, no admission will be granted to individuals under the age of 16. This ensures the exhibition environment remains business-focused and conducive for trade discussions.

Dress Code Requirement
